Our Services
We offer practical, down to earth support for individuals, families, and parents who are navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to, our approach is flexible, supportive, and tailored to you.

Home Visits
Support that comes to you, in a space where you already feel comfortable. Home visits are ideal for those who find it easier to open up in their own environment or may face barriers getting to appointments.
This approach allows for more relaxed, real-life conversations and support that fits naturally into your day-to-day routine. It also helps us better understand your environment, so the support we provide is practical, relevant, and genuinely helpful.

Professional Supervision
I am pleased to offer professional social work supervision as part of my private practice. Drawing on experience across the community sector, I provide reflective, strengths-based supervision that supports professional development, ethical decision-making, and practitioner wellbeing.
My approach is grounded in social work values, trauma-informed practice, and culturally responsive, inclusive support. Whether you’re seeking regular supervision, ad hoc sessions, or support to meet AASW requirements, I offer a safe, collaborative space to explore challenges, celebrate progress, and grow with confidence.

In Office
In-office sessions offer a calm, private space where you can take time out to focus on yourself without distractions. It’s a dedicated environment designed to help you feel supported, comfortable, and able to openly explore what’s going on.
These sessions provide the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and work through challenges in a structured and supportive setting. Whether you’re seeking emotional support, guidance, or simply a space to talk, in-office sessions allow for deeper, more focused conversations.

Online & Phone
Online and phone sessions offer flexible support, wherever you are. Whether you’re at home, travelling, or simply prefer the convenience, these options make it easier to access support without the need to attend in person.
These sessions provide the same safe, confidential space to talk, reflect, and work through challenges, with a focus on what’s most important to you. They’re ideal for those with busy schedules, limited access to transport, or who feel more comfortable connecting remotely.

Walk & Talk
Walk & Talk sessions offer a relaxed, informal way to access support while getting outdoors. Meeting in a safe, agreed location, these sessions combine movement with conversation, which can make it easier to open up and feel at ease.
Being outside can help reduce stress, improve mood, and create a more natural flow to conversations. This approach is ideal for those who feel more comfortable side-by-side rather than face-to-face, or who simply enjoy being active while talking things through.
